Diem (UK) Enterprises was registered in Companies House in 2018.
The companies mission is to provide an architecturally led end-to-end design solution, which is flexible and meets our clients' specific requirements. We offer an extremely cost effective and competitive approach to design and working together with our delivery partners we can provide our key clients with a one stop, turn-key delivery team.
Diem (UK) Enterprises is part of Diem and Dzone, who are well known partnership companies in Turkey, who have designed and fitted aut retail outlets and corporate offices far a large selection of global companies.
The team is comprised of architects, graphic designers and construction and cost control managers. Even though the company was only recently established in the UK, it has a huge amount of experience in design, design development and contract documentation through its parent company in Turkey. These skills have established the company's reputation and have consolidated its relationships with major corporate companies in the UK, Turkey, EMEA and the USA.
This new UK venture will provide expertise to our clients on design, technical consultancy and cost and quality control on all projects undertaken. We have had joint ventures in Landon with Area and the Fourfront Group in the past. These collaborations brought all of the design and consultancy services together and proved very successful.
Globally, there is an increasing demand far high quality office space and development of these spaces will continue to evolve in line with business needs, work habits, cultural changes, capital investments and technology.
From the first briefing meeting with our clients we pay close attention to their business requirements, understanding of the company's culture and from this we develop a definitive design, set budgets and agree a programme of works with the main shareholders. We alsa assist our clients with the evaluation of various buildings should they be looking at procuring new office space.
Our company vision is based on a completely flexible approach to our client's needs, which enables us to provide a well co-ordinated and tailored service.
We value collaboration, coordination, knowledge sharing and feedback with all of our clients and our team work diligently on our clients' behalf to deliver the end product on time and within budget, ensuring all of their specifications are met.
In order to support this society for prevention of cruelty to animals, we purchased vegan chocolates for a religious holiday through Haytap.
Hundreds of people die every year because of the lack of a compatible donor. Diem cooperated with Kızılay to donate stem cells.
We organized an event on April 23 Children’s Day for the childrenundergoing treatment at Göztepe Pedagogic Oncology Hospital. We selected toys not harmful for these children and gave them away to the children. Diem also donated an air-conditioner to the hospital.
Introduced by the WWF in 2007 to draw attention to environmental problems of Earth and growing to the largest environmental movement in the world thanks to 2 billion people from 135 countries, Earth Hour is organized by WWF Turkey here. Two branches of Diem attended Earth Hour movement in 2018.
Leaded by WWF, the employees of this company decided to give up one plastic article for life. Thus plastic cups, forks and plates were banned at this company.
We sponsored the treatment costs of Golden, a dog that lost her left paw in a road traffic accident.
It is a disease causing blistering of various parts the body. It is called ‘butterfly’ disease in colloquial language due to the fact that children infected with it are not expected to live long. Patients have to take several medications to alleviate their pain. The employees of Diem donated money for the medication costs of children suffering this disease.
